Join us for a transformative week on the shores of Mozambique, where ocean encounters, mindful practices, and deep rest come together in a nurturing, nature-immersive retreat. Over seven days, you’ll experience respectful dolphin snorkeling, embodied group sessions, evening rituals, and spacious time for reflection, all held in a warm and welcoming environment. This retreat blends adventure with integration, offering space to slow down, reconnect, and be guided by the rhythms of the ocean.
Daily Rhythm
- Each morning begins gently with light snacks, followed by a beach walk to the dive base where our ocean adventures begin. Depending on tides, we depart at 07:00 or 07:30 for mindful, respectful dolphin snorkeling sessions in their natural habitat, guided by experienced facilitators. A thorough safety briefing takes place on Day 1, including equipment checks and an opportunity to practise in the pool. Wetsuits and fins are available to rent onsite, though bringing your own mask and snorkel is recommended.
- Returning late morning, a nourishing brunch awaits at the villa — a perfect moment to refuel, rest, journal, or simply enjoy quiet time. Afternoons offer a balance of spaciousness and guided exploration. At 15:00, we gather for group sessions such as breathwork, Five Elements Leadership, embodiment practices, meditation, or optional one-on-one sessions. Free time surrounds these offerings for reading, beach walks, or local exploring.
- Evenings unfold with shared dinners — either at the villa or in the village — followed by night sessions that may include sharing circles, breathwork, drumming, or sound healing, depending on the day’s theme. These experiences help integrate the day’s learning and ocean encounters.
Important Note
All boat excursions are weather-dependent. For safety reasons, outings may be adjusted if ocean conditions do not allow for comfortable and secure travel.
