Sleeping up to 16 guests, the property features five spacious en-suite bedrooms plus a separate en-suite cottage, making it ideal for large families and groups. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the home offers a separate open-plan living pavilion with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, generous lounge and dining areas, and beautiful views across the swimming pool to the Indian Ocean. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, boma and braai area, sun terrace, beach gazebo, and direct beach access via a private walkway.

Check-In/Out
Check-in 2:00 PM. Check-out 10:00 AM. Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct an additional charge from your refundable breakage deposit - Check out no later than 3 pm.

Housekeeping & Gardening
There is a full-time housekeeper. She cleans, makes beds, washes dishes. A compulsory staff tip of R 150 per day is to be paid to her on your departure date. This includes your arrival and departure days.
Breakage Deposit
There is a R4000 refundable breakage deposit that is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date, depending on breakage/items missing at the house.
