Guided by ritual, sound, movement, breath, and ceremony, we will lean into the edges of our comfort and return again and again to stillness. The dolphins, elephants, forests, ocean, and sky will become our teachers.
What You’ll Experience
Two Radical Landscapes — Time in both Tembe Elephant Park (forest + wildlife in South Africa) and Ponta Malongane (coastal lagoon + dolphins in Mozambique).
- Wild Dolphin Encounters — Respectful, free-swim opportunities in the open ocean (conducted on nature’s terms).
- Game Drives & Wilderness Safaris — Morning and evening drives in Tembe to meet elephants, birds, antelope, and more.
- Embodied Practices & Ceremonies
- Breathwork, movement, somatic inquiry, dream journeys, sound medicine, and drumming circles.
- Deep Rest & Reflection — Silence, journaling, guided meditations, and time to integrate.
